Founder and Chief Executive

Jess has been running her YouTube channel 'WanderJess' since 2018, making travel videos and vlogs. As a Clinical Pharmacist at a UK Hospital Trust, Jess' motivation is to improve public health outcomes, particularly in areas with less developed healthcare provision. In August 2021, Jess and friends decided to start The WanderJess Foundation in order to provide financial support for medical treatments in developing countries.

Jess initiates, organises, and promotes new programs for our staff, members, and volunteers.

Board Director

With a keen belief in the power of charity and volunteer work, Rita is committed to improving health and wellbeing around the world. From an early age, Rita has been in the voluntary sector across multiple countries whether it is by helping in yearly Breast Cancer walks or by organising events to raise awareness about mental health in schools around the UK.

Rita dedicates her time to improving public health research as she is currently pursuing a PhD in personalised nutrition. Prior to this, she obtained a master’s degree in Public Health whereby she gained knowledge on ways to tackle inequality within healthcare sectors.

There couldn’t be a more dedicated Director, and we are so happy to have Rita as part of The WanderJess Foundation team.
